MOST CFI's these days are 300 hour guys! Some have never been in a cloud. I got my CFI from an old guy that flew Hellcats off a carrier. You'll learn more from an old EXPERIENCED guy , that you know is not gonna leave for another job after 10 lessons , then from some young 20 to 25 year old kid!
These guys will run CIRCLES around the young 300 hour CFI s at ATP! There is no comparison.
