One is a tabular speed test not difficult at all. Other one is a 30 question aviation test on real basic IFR stuff. (Holding altitudes etc.) Those tests are a joke. What you should focus on is the one on one interview with an ASA captain. The gouge on aviationinterviews.com should prepare you for it perfectly.
