Get your CFI if you don't have one and teach. It is the best experience you can get if you are serious about aviation. Then go out and sort through the regionals and pick one that you believe in and one that suits you. Use the current market for your advantage and get a good job. You want to go to a good regional, because you are probably going to be there for awhile.
