I cannot believe anyone would want to get a job at MAG when quality places are hiring.

The planes are junk. The company is so mismanaged it's not even funny. The best thing you can do is run as far away as you can as quickly as you can.

Every single buddy of mine who's still there wants out and wants out NOW. Many are ready to walk away with no new job lined up. You cannot find a worse choice in the 121 world.

And before you write me off, I worked there for 7 years. In my first year or two, I also said "It's not that bad." After that, reality set in. It is that bad. Go somewhere else.
