I say run...I was offered an interview and turned it down due to all the things I had found out from hours and hours of reading about Mesa and talking with buddies in the industry. I am sure its worked for somebody, but I would hate to see someone go to Mesa just because (Mesa) so desperate, then get screwed over once they go under in 6 months. Build up some more hours to at least 500 and a bunch more doors will open for you at airlines that are not Mesa. They might not be the best (although it doesn't exist in the regionals) but at least there not Mesa
