There are always options. American Eagle is doing things to fill the right seat these days. You might try giving them a call and seeing what they have going on.

Yes, I am just pitching my personal employer, but they're one of the companies out there that I know of that might have something for you.

Yes, AE is up for sale but for the next year or two, tops, we're not going anywhere. They treat us well here. Just a suggestion.

Beyond that- I'm with Ian J- racking up some time as an instructor or elsewhere for experience might not be a bad thing. Once you've tacked on a couple of hundred more hours you'll have more interview options than you can shake a stick at.
