I know a guy that flies a Turbo Commander for a corp and tankers in the guard. PM me your info if you're interested in getting in contact with him.
They're not allowed to tell you "we're not hiring you because you're in the guard."
I can see corporate being an issue. Employers can get around anything if it's a matter of "business necessity." You don't have to provide "disabled" people with accommodations if it's too taxing on your business. Same thing with a corp. If they want to have 2 pilots to be on call all the time, and you're in Asskrakistan when they want to take a trip, they're going to need a 3rd pilot. Why have 3 when you can have 2 that will always be around?
