Check out 61.51 (mainly section h, but it also hints about simulators in a few other places)

That is the only place I can think of right now and I don't have a copy of the FAR/AIM with me (I found that quickly on the internet). The training I received was full motion. I am unfamiliar with Aeroservice but at Simuflite they mail you a print out of every sim session a week or two after you finish training.
