In order to instruct, you need a commercial license with CFI certificate. In order to do charter (ie "shipping" as you call it) you'd need at least 500 TT, preferable 1200 TT so you can fly in any weather, in addition to having an air carrier certificate, which takes a long time to get. Others on here may know more about the process but it's pretty long and costly.
In order to do sightseeing, I *believe* you have to have some sort of a drug testing policy in place, as that falls between strictly flight instruction and charter.
