Hey Jim... It's a long story which I really can't go into details on...

I can say is that COMPLETELY HYPOTHETICALLY and solely in my opinion without referencing any actual persons or events that may or may not have transpired that one must leave a company when one is being made "an example" of by a vindictive member of management. Especially when one is being given a grossly inflated punishment (i.e. a 30 day suspension) for a perceived minor infraction of policy. Especially when this hypothetical suspension is backdated and put in ones employee file without an official investigation, hearing, union representation, and the complete violation of all the policies and procedures outlined in the GOM and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. (both procedurally and the egregious nature of the punishment)

But, remember... it's all hypothetical.

Ask me again in person, without the great CVR in the sky listening and after I've had a few beers and I will tell you the whole story after I don my tin foil hat. It's a doozy.
