I can't believe you are basing your choice on the possibility of having to spend 8 weeks away from home. You have to make sacrifices in life to get where you want. 8 weeks away from home is the least of your worries. 121 training is no joke you better get focused or it may end up being shorter than you want. I'm just being real with you. In the long run I think you would be better off at PDT but that is just my opinion.
