One more thing, how long will a airline take getting back to you generally? I stay hopefull for about a month, then I start daydreaming about a nice comfy career in basket-weaving or some other thrilling endeavor. I know there are pilots being picked up with comprable times, what do I need to do here to get noticed...
I just have to echo some of the masses here about this - and I swear I'm not trying to beat you about the head and shoulders with this, but...

There's a difference between applying and getting hired at very low times (and dude, 310TT is LOW), and complaining that no one is hiring you at low times.

If you apply and get hired, fine. That's one argument, but in the end it isn't your fault.

If you complain about it at your ridiculous low experience level, you are to blame and look foolish.

Please friend, take your low times with some humility, learn to aviate, and don't assume a job is owed to you.
