All of the posts at the "interviews" gouge site are 100% spot on. Go through all of the posts going back as for as you can pulling out the ATP Q's that they are going to ask on the written. (Also study the red book) 1 on 1 is mostly Jepp's and situational. (WWYD, not WWJD - although hopefully J would cancel and identify, do his EPC's and follow the SOP's) It's not a tough interview.

Mesa needs pilots like crazy - attrition is huge. They will offer the next class date, it's ok to take the next one down the line if you need more time to get ready. (I did, they will push to have you get the 1st one, but it's really no big deal to take the class two weeks down the road)

There's a bunch of Mesa guys here on the boards if you have any questions. Take everything you hear with a grain of salt and do your own research. Remember - opinions are like a-holes... everyone has them and they all stink. Some people are happy, some are pissed off... so make a career decision based on what you think is best for your career. (unless you decide to scab - don't do that) If you get the offer and have a class date those of us who just went through class can give you a heads up on what you have to have ready and study to give you a leg up. (I have the EPC's as MP3's for instance you you can read along and memorize)

Overall, really not much to say. Wear a suit. Non-revving in is a pain - but going out will be cake. Do your best.
