there is no excursion at Hubbard Glacier... the ship going into the bay and as close to the glacier as possible IS the excusion... and it's a pretty big deal too! you typically stay for a few hours, it's extremely cold but you get to see and hear the ice crack/fall and it's simply AMAZING!!
Alaska is one of those trips where you want a major zoomable camera AND a pair of binoculars with you at all times.
The trips from Vancover to Seward or vice versa are typicall the best and where you really get to see the most of alaska.
but yea, that's what i mean by the "hubbard" stop.
