My buddy just called me again and said since the construction is a major undertaking they've been having problems with utilities. They are giving you the option of power and water or per diem. That is, if you opt for one of the rooms with power and water you will not receive per diem during training. I'm thinking with 8 bodies in there it shouldn't get too cold, but the water might be an issue. |
