Eh, that MAY have been true about a year and a half ago when you might have needed an edge over the other guy to get the interview. Now your edge is "I have 5 more hours of ME than the other guy who has 30." When regionals are hiring guys with wet ink on their CMEL with hardly any instrument time (and zero actual), I don't think glass matters.
