We have a former Cape Air pilot here who is outstanding. Flying in and out of Boston throughout the year, into a high density airport, in all weather conditions, in a piston twin apparently is a pilot builder. It offers experience that few other operations can offer.

(Well except for former Metroliner and Jetstream pilots...but I might be a little biased)
