It is a tough approach. There is usually always a decent crosswind. The goal is to get it on the runway and get it stopped, so, full reverse and a good bit of brakes. It will stop, just don't expect a smooth landing. Last CP I was with really crashed the plane on there, but he made the next to last turnoff
