Default eagle sim ride...

I interviewed with American Eagle last week - they use a full motion level D F100 simulator. The instructor had us fly from the right seat.

By the way, most of us were stressing the ride when we were waiting our turn - the sim ride is nothing to sweat, you don't need any special training or sim time - a basic instrument scan will work!
