30 min breaks? ouch.

Here its mostly hour on hour off, sometimes longer breaks during winter, sometiimes 20 mins during the summer

Generally food runs are here:

Tim Hortons (Coffee) at least twice per shift.

Vitos Pizza, which offers us the "ATC special" ($10 tax in for a large pizza unlimited toppings)

Or Deluxe French fries (Fried clams, fish burgers, anything seafood deep fried)

I get a lot of Quiznos myself to try and keep the fat out.

Oh and on Saturday mornings it's the Farmers market run for Schnitzels
