I disagree. As far as I'm concerned, as long as a suit is professional looking and nice looking, there shouldn't be a problem. Now, there's nothing wrong with a black and white suit. If thats what looks good on you, go for it. I don't understand how it has anything to do with etiquette, or good manners for that matter.
