Question for you though, since you seem to know your stuff...I'm running Opera, and (don't tell Doug but) I have the browser set to block the ads. Would I still have the slow loads from "the javascipt loading the ads"?
Also, why would there be a variation in apparent website responsiveness if it were a javascript issue?
Oh, and a third question (

), would it help Doug troubleshoot the issue if I ran some of the other programs like you just did (pathping and viewing the source)?
