I reckon I'm as religious as the next guy, I am from Utah so you can guess what that means, and I also reckon I have ample opportunity to pray BEFORE I am sitting in my assigned seat, I can pray on the drive to the airport,riding the shuttle, walking the terminal, even doing my preflight I could stop for a quick word(as long as the TSA doesn't see me) I see no reason to try and drag my coworkers into a prayer with me. That said, if it came up on a 4day that my coworker was of the same religious affiliation and they wantted me to participate, I don't think I would mind. Nor would I be offended if someone of any religion wanted to have a quick moment. ESF if you want to call on the name of satan,then giddyup, I'll still fly wit ya, but I will have my seatbelt on extra tight!
