A 141 syllabus (CPC structure) certainly isn't the devil, hence my 'guidelines' comment a few posts back. There is actually a little more flexibility than the syllabus and naysayers lead you to believe. Granted you can't get crazy with jumping around lessons and not adhering to the content or time constraints, but no one including a POI will go nuts if it all basically adds up in the end.
