In all seriousness, wether you believe in The Lord, Allah or The Force (still waiting for my lightsaber assembly instructions to show up by the way) let the FO or the Capt. make a callout to the Head Office as he/she sees fit as long as it doesn't interfere with the safe operation of the flight. It's better to ask for help before the before start, because you know you'll be asking for help if something happens later on... remember: "calls will be answered in the order that they are received." You don't have to participate, but a persons religious beliefs are integral to their life and it's just good CRM to keep the lines of communication open in the cockpit.
