For the gear down and locked question, off the top of my head...
1 Green Lights
2 In-transit light out
3 No gear warning horn with throttle retarded
4 Man I always forget the 4th one...maybe mirrors on engine nacelle.

I can't remember what I said for the fourth. Anyway if you want info on interview gouges, check out aviationinterviews.com. Good site!
