Well, I took a quick look at the legacy payscales on airlinepilotcentral and it seems that most payscales stop at year 12 with no year over year increases beyond that.

If this new TA passes, year 14 base pay will be 136k for the 7&7 schedule, and up to 166k on the reserve schedule. I guess maybe our 14 year scale isn't so bad after all.
