The company card issue sucks, no arguing that, but you will accumulate points on the company card to use for airline tickets, etc. Not as good as the deal I've got going now, but not enough to sink the deal.
As NJAcapt mentioned before, the real issues are the length of the contract and the termination of retiree health care benefits. I think that the retiree health care was going to be eventually eliminated, but I didn't expect it this soon. Another negative is a pay cap at year 15 for the senior guys.
Lots going on with this new TA. I read it over last week, and am now re-reading it to make sure I fully understanding what I am voting on. A contract that lasts for 9 years is a loooooong contract.
Nightcargo | Pay caps off at 15 years??!? Is that normal at the airlines? I guess I assumed it would continue on a small percentage increase the longer you are with the company over 15+ years. So you actually top off at 15 years?
