I really hope they keep that in the contract. And like you said about the credit card stuff. If you use your personal card you can rack up points for whatever you want. That would suck if they strictly made you use the company card...
The new sick system is getting changed so that you can no longer accumulate more than twentysomething days to use as "sick" or PTO (Personal Time Off) days. Any more than that, you can add them to a "long term bank" to use in case of disability, or sell them back to the company for cash. I will be selling them back and starting my own "sick" fund.

The company card issue sucks, no arguing that, but you will accumulate points on the company card to use for airline tickets, etc. Not as good as the deal I've got going now, but not enough to sink the deal.

As NJAcapt mentioned before, the real issues are the length of the contract and the termination of retiree health care benefits. I think that the retiree health care was going to be eventually eliminated, but I didn't expect it this soon. Another negative is a pay cap at year 15 for the senior guys.

Lots going on with this new TA. I read it over last week, and am now re-reading it to make sure I fully understanding what I am voting on. A contract that lasts for 9 years is a loooooong contract.
