You could always give SkyWest a discreet call and ask them what they want their pilot candidates to put on a resume or check their website. Won't help you with to include the objective or not, but it will give you some good ideas.

My airline was nice enough to politely ask me to revise my resume TWICE before accepting the 3rd copy. Weirdest thing I ever went through in a hiring process. They wanted specific information on it that pertained to exactly what they were looking for.
