Your vision is 20/30 there is not a 30/20 vision that is reported in the US. You can get a Class 3 medical with 20/30 but you need to get it corrected to 20/20 for a Class 1 or 2. It is probably the astigmatism that is making it 20/30, glasses will fix this.
