I need a volunteer that will stand downstairs at the Spa tower elevators and give permission for those on the "attending" list to head upstairs...
it's the same deal as we had last year...I'll give said person a list and as people show up, give them the room number and have them get in elevator
everyone will need to walk to the
SPA TOWER ELEVATORS at the Bellagio Casino (if you go towards the convention rooms, the spa tower elevators are in that direction to the left of the registration area). Someone will be downstairs to check your name, make sure it's "on the list", then will give you the room number and allow you to get on the elevator.
We unfortunately have to have this process because there is an elevator "bellman/security guard" downstairs that will NOT let anyone upstairs UNLESS you have a key (similar to all casino hotel rooms only more strict because of the penthouse suites/hospitality suites like we're in).
So, i need a volunteer that will do this between 7:45-8:30...
with that, we will need everyone to show up between the hours of 7:45-8:30 so said volunteer can come back upstairs for some fun.
