I used to do a bike ride starting by Embarcadero station, across the bridge and through Tiburon, catching the ferry back to town. And hiking around Mt. Tam was great.

Yeah, it can be pretty pricey around here. As much as I love it here, I probably won't be able to retire here.
. My youngest son is living and going to school in Berkeley. He somehow managed to find a place to live over there, but he's sharing it with 3 other guys.
That bike ride is still a VERY popular ride. There will probably be 50 bike riders waiting to get on every ferry that departs from Tiburon today. Good to have you onboard Becky!
