They don't seem to care. The skydiving outfit at KTVY doesn't talk on the radio nor listen. We had people running across the runway from their LZ while on short final causing a go around. The FSDO was told of this and yet they continue to operate like it is their own private field.
As far as Silver State goes, I have not heard 1 good thing about them. I have heard similar stories as mentioned in this thread, they give you a loan then charge high interest etc etc etc. If you really want to fly helicopter join the military. It sounds like there would be less comitment then learning at Silver State. Don't they have an atrocious accident record too?
