I'd venture the majority of retirees were "ready" to go at 60 and this is really for those few who either still have it in them and are stubborn or got really screwed as of late and need that plan B. If this does get signed I would still want out early as possible as long as it was feasible. Save that 15% and don't get married that is my plan!
