You need to go to Control Panel and Edit Options, but there's no "Mobile Navigation" to Control Panel. The "workaround" is to go to Private Messages and scroll down. You'll find the Control Panel options there.

Scroll to the bottom of the page ("Forum Skin")
Choose "Use Forum Default."
("Default" doesn't work, and that's why the 1-click feature doesn't work.)
Click "Save Changes".
