Why would you wanna try the approach again if you went missed in the first place? especially if you dont have a Radio! It says RADAR REQUIRED!
I would proceed to my alternate. Now if you have an emergency and you wanna try the approach again (Fuel or Other kind of problems) I would Climb to MSA and Fly to LGA VOR and then track outbound on R-224 to GRENE and make a course reversal while descending within the protected area and fly the approach. again, thats if I really had to!
