There are ways to gain valuable experience, prior to becoming an airline pilot, besides being a CFI. Somehow, though, I don't think you'd be interested...

Do another 100 hours multi using the safety pilot loophole and I'm sure you won't have any problems. Or maybe the RJ course is what you need. Both will buy you a job but neither will help with IOE.
