For one, I doubt the FAA will ever find out. Secondly, if they did find out, I doubt they'd care. I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for not updating their address, unless they were getting in trouble for something else already. Third, I'd say you're still within the spirit of the law. The FAA wants to have your address in case they need to track you down on official business. I'm sure if they need to reach you within the next couple of months it won't be a big deal to contact your parents, then have your parents send them in your direction. | i agree
