I'm starting my career pilot training at WhiteAir during the first week of September. I'll believe that they have unlimited ground/flight training because their instructors live on site at the airport, and there seems to be somebody available at all times to answer your questions.
I'm an Australian Citizen and I have a green card. You thave to file through the TSA and do an application to get your private/instrument/multi licenses. It takes about 5-7 days
