Default Re: Piedmont--got the job! but i have an urgent question!

I had 2 weeks to study all the material before I went to training at PDT back in August 2005. If you study anything, study the flows and call outs. The systems stuff you'll pick up in ground school. Also memorize the limitations. You'll have a written test just on the limitations. Is PDT still flying the 200? If they are you'll have to memorize limitations on 3 aircraft, the DASH8-100 200 and 300.

You'll want the flows memorized for CPT (cockpit procedures training) or sometimes called 2 on 1 because you'll have 1 instructor and 2 students. This will happen after ground school but before the SIM. Usually in an actual A/C at an outstaion (I did mine at SBY) after the last flight of the night. (so be ready for a late night)

Good luck.
