I have no idea about the ADA, but Eagle used to send a lot of people home for medical reasons. Three out of the five I interviewed with who passed the sim and technical were disqualified on the medical. I know of a couple more who had to get a private neuropsychologist to run some expensive tests because they hadn't passed Eagle's bizarre computer-based cognitive test.
But they're so short pilots, I doubt they do that anymore.
