how strict are they about knowing the flows and the ops manual and stuff? im freaking out because i dont know if i can complete it in less than 9 days. ive already started the written tests. any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

ps: sorry for the poor grammar, was in between flights with students =/ any responses would be awesome!!!
first off congrats!!!! glad to see you made it. Has an airline employee myself, YOU WANT TO KNOW YOUR FLOWS AND OPS -EMPHASIS FLOWS!!! DO YOUR WRITTEN TEST, YOU MAY HAVE TO GIVE UP INSTRUCTING TO CONCENTRATE FULLY ON THE PIEDMONT STUFF, YOU DON'T WANT TO GO IN THERE AND BE ASKED TO LEAVE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOUR STUFF, SO STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!

P.S. I have an interview with them on the 17th. How was the written? Can you give me the gouge on that? I 've looked over aviationinterviews.com, willflyforfood.com and more, is it pretty much what folks said or is there more? how was your experience with them? Any info is appreciated, pm if you want. Thanks, and hope to see you soon!
