Don't rule the military out! I love my job as an air traffic controller in the Air Force. No degree or prior experience required. But I know, it's not for everyone.
Our controllers are getting out in droves for the "greener pastures" of the FAA...many call back and wish they hadn't made the jump right now.
If you ask me, I wouldn't (and didn't) trade my job in for a FAA job.
