I have not interviewed yet, but from what I gather from my friends that have is 1 - Prove your not going to kill the paying px. 2- (and just as importantly) Prove your the type of guy that a stranger could have a beer with and hold an excellent conversation. I'd imagine dales comment about "the drone of the engines" is spot on.
