Typically 100hrs in the previous 6 months is what I've found.
I wasn't actively flying for about 3 months when I got hired. Luckily the last month I flew I flew quite a bit and was able to meet the 100hrs in 6 months.
For me I hadn't flown an airplane in almost 4 months when I took my first flight on IOE. Yipes!!
But just like riding a bike, I didn't lag behind much.
