Exactly! Besides knowing your stuff, you need to be a "likable" personality. Show up to the interview shaking in your pants, nervous as heck and keeping to yourself won't get you anywhere. Smile, be happy to be there. If you don't get the job, you try somewhere else. Prove to them that you not only know your stuff, but you would actually be a good time to fly with, rather then hear the lonesome drone of engines all day.
