I spoke with an asst to one of the fleet captain's last week and asked about the interview process. He said it was the same as 2000's and will re-evaluate it after a period of one year to see if changes need to be made. So I think the gouge is good.

BTW, Spondivits has become "high-brow"...the food's expensive, the dinner waits are long and get this....they have valet parking! Whatever.
