Default Piedmont Interview May 3rd

I just got the call to interview with Peidmont on Thursday May 3rd, a week from today. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting to get this call for months, until I built up some time. Right now I am at 460TT and 160ME. So now I have to cram like crazy, because these calls are few and far between, so I don't want to blow it. Almost all the gouges said they didn't get technical questions, such as what aircraft are you flying, tell me about it, brief this approach, etc...Mostly it seemed like HR questions, such as tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc... Is this true? Or do I need to start studying up on the systems of every airplane I have ever flown no matter how long ago it was?

The written test, if I was to take the ATP written prepware over and over and over, and study it, will that help? I would hate to bomb out on the first part of the interview!

The sim ride? I guess this is new? Can anyone tell me about that?

Right now I am a banner tow pilot, and it really sucks! I am trying to keep a good attitude about my current job, but it's hard sometimes. I would LOVE to get a chance at going to the airlines.

I have 460TT and 160ME, which they saw before they invited me up for the interview, so I am guessing they are considering hiring me with these times. Someone said they are WAY short on FO's.
I have an excellent letter of recomendation from my last instructor who is now a FO for Express Jet.
I have a great attitude, and work ethic.
Will this be enough?

As far as the knowledge part, plain and simple. If I'm not doing it ever day, I forget it. There is so much I have to brush up on, things I learned in school, then never put to use, then forgot. I don't know where to start!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
