Well, I'm hoping to transition to the Q and be based at EWR when the Q gets operational. So for the time being, I'm just looking to get based somewhere within reason from NJ. Either PA or NY. I'm not picky about which aircraft right now, so if they want me in the Beech I certainly won't complain. Maybe I'll get based at ALB with Seggy.

Eventually though, I'd like ABE or EWR. I plan on being at Colgan for awhile, so I'm going to try like heck to get EWR with the Q or ABE with the Saab. I just don't want to spend 5+ night away from home a week with having to commute ya know? I can deal with it for a few months, but more then 6 and its going to get rough on the family life.

Tracy, everyone has the same pay as a FO the first year, reguardless of what aircraft. I've looked at the pay scale further down the road and the Q400 is going to be the better paying aircraft, followed by the Saab and then the Beech. This is my first airline gig, so I'm not going to be difficult about things at first. Just want to get my foot in the door, get some 121 time under my belt and see where I end up. But I certainly will push to get based closer to home to make life easier. But I think thats just expected of anyone.
